A school board must ensure that it satisfies its statutory and governance obligations

If you have to comply, what do you have to do?

The school board must ensure compliance with relevant Australian and Victorian legislation. This includes education-related legislation (such as the Victorian Education Act) as well as non-education related legislation (such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act).

What are the consequences if you don't comply?

You may be in breach of legislation and penalised accordingly
